1. Program name

Nouveau House Media Listing Media Texts.

2. Program description

We offer two separate, optional types of text messages. You can agree to either one, both, or neither, and consent to one is not consent to the other:

• Transactional / informational texts about your shoots: scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, delivery notices, and replies to your questions. You opt in by checking the “Yes, text me about my shoots” box at our text opt-in page, texting REELS to (863) 250-2333, or replying YES TEXT to our email.
• Marketing / promotional texts: recurring messages about listing photo and video offers and shoot availability. You opt in only by checking the separate “Yes, also send me occasional promotional texts” box at our text opt-in page or replying YES PROMO to our email.

We text only real estate agents who have opted in. We do not text purchased, rented or scraped lists.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per week.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

6. Help

7. Consent not required

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
